For the first time in a while the club have all five teams in action. The firsts and Over 35s are both at home, while the other three sides are all away in league encounters.

The firsts are back at Jeffrey Humble where they face Wavertree West Derby Old Boys. Last week the firsts progressed to the quarter finals of the Senior Shield with a 3-2 win over Collegiate. Wavertree crashed out of the same competition, losing to Richmond from the 3rd division. The two sides met way back in October with Coeur triumphing 2-0. The game kicks off at 2:30pm

The seconds make the long trip to Aigburth to face Liobians in a division 2 match. Liobians are 4 points ahead of Coeur in the league. Coeur have had 2 weeks without a game since making it into the semi final of the Alan Brown Trophy, winning on pens at the expense of Old Xavs. Liobians' last game saw them involved in a penalty shootout as well, though they lost to Div 1 leaders Old Bootleians. The sides played out an entertaining 2-2 draw on the opening day of the season. Its a 2:30pm kick of at Mersey Road.

The thirds make the short trip up the road to face Richmond at Formby FC in a 2:30pm kick off. Last week both sides had decent wins in the cup, Coeur knocking De La Salle out of the Emrys Hughes trophy, while Richmond beat div 1 side Wavertree WDOB to move into the last 8 of the Senior Shield. The sides have yet to meet this season but have had a few decent matches over the past few years.

The Over 35s are back in cup action this week as they host Abbey Road Vets at Jeffrey Humble. The 2 sides met a couple of weeks ago when Abbey Road ran out winners by the odd goal in seven. Abbey Road also won the first league encounter by one goal so Chaddy's side will be looking for some revenge. A place in the second round awaits the victors.
