That wouldn't be sex-pest Ray wanting to go to the Titty Bar again would it??

Well done lads, it's nice to finally savour the sweet taste of success in the shape of the league title. Especially after the farce of last season. We've just got bigger and better.

Campione, Campione, Campione Sacre Coeur!!

This now leaves last seasons disappointment in the league as a distant memory. As we are the best team in this division by a long way we should be able to step up a division and give a good account of ourselves.  Appparently Franny Jeffers is lookin for a game next season as he cannot get one elsewhere, but I do not think we could swap one of our forwards for him.  I hope Pablo can find a compass next season not for the goal he knows where that is but for directions on how to stay onside just think how many he would score then.  I hope Craig grows a few more inches that will please Dave (only jokin mate) and terrify defenders even more.  If we stay together as team for the next few years we could dominate the league, possibly europe and even the world. (well as far as Aigburth)

How good did that news make you feel!!!  Absolutely brilliant I hope!!  What a fantastic team effort from all of the lads that have contributed.  Not only the players, but also our wonderful supporters who have been there through all kinds of weather.  Distance hasn't mattered to these hardened fans, so a special thank-you goes to you as well!

I would like to personally congratulate everyone involved, who has helped in any way to helping Si to his first championship.  I feel it is a great honour to be involved myself, so I hope you are all proud of yourselves.  CONGRATULATIONS TO EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US!!!

I'm still a baby compared to our senior member - Paul Morgan.  I just hope I can score goals at his age just like the one against Waterloo!!!!!

What a great finish to a game that was

I am getting quite concerned with what seems like a witch hunt against mature players. Without our wisdom on and off the pitch who would these youngsters have to talk about. Also history is a wonderful subject and some of us can go back a fair bit.  I hope to drag my weary bones back to buckley hill next season having had an enforced rest for the back end of this season.  If I can score one goal a season and its the winner it will do me evey year.  I just hope I can play on into my thirties, now that would be an achievement to tell the grand kids about.

Our three eldest players our awesome examples of role models.

I am of course refering to Andy 'Ranter' Rannard, who always show the young lads the correct way to abuse referees , Paul 'The Old Git on the Line' Morgan, who managed to get sent off whilst not even being involved in the match, and of course, Dave 'I'm entitled to drink alcopops because I'm only 18' Looby, who preaches the dangers of beer (hence the WKD addiction) to the younger members of our side, although judging by some of the appearances this year from Mally and some of the none appearances by Shelley, his word is yet to be heeded.

Without these contributions our experienced players the whole team would be a shadow of it present glorious being.

Hail the old Guys (cos I'm not that far off them myself, well except Paul that is)
