Your complete lack of knowledge astounds me once more Dave!!!

Technically it was Martin Skrtel, in fact Arbeloa actually has a better claim than Gosling as well.

Deserved result on the night. We had no real option after Lucas went off and just couldn't hold out till the death.

Lucas was extremely unlucky to get booked for the first challenge, but once you are on a yellow, making athe second challenge like he did gave the ref no option.

P.S. I guess you had a few to many WKD's before coming on to post this on here. Congratulations Ducky

'Technically' it would have gone in anyway, even without yet another liverpool player trying to handle an Everton shot on it's way into goal.  Have liverpool practised this tactic with all their defenders over the years?
After watching the replay on the telly (as I was at the match), I have to agree that Lucas was a touch unlucky for the 1st challenge, but he did get away with a few others as well, so ultimately, he got what he deserved...
Gerard injured and Torres 'tired' doesn't sound to good for your title hopes now?
How do you think you will get on in the Champions League?

P.S.  I spent that much time sending texts and replying to emails 'taking the mick' from before the game, it was late when I posted this.  But you are right about the ale, just the wrong drink  ;-)
Answers on a postcard please!!!!

My apologies Dave I didnt realise you had hawkeye replays in your house to determine what would have happened.

Yes Dave though we normally save this tactic for cup finals where Alan Hansen and Stephane Henchoz have proved masters at this particular skill Wink

Not lucking fantastic on last nights showing (and the past few weeks), but am willing to see what odds you offer me for Liverpool winning the Champions League
