Okay, we all knew it would happen. EmbarrassedAngry

So let's start speculating about who the new England manager will be when McClanger get the sack in the morning.

Who we think will get the job and who we would like to get the job. Confused

I think trying to outguess the FA for the next England manager is near impossible!!
I'd like Jose Mourinho, but apparently he's on record stating the only national side he would manage is Portugal  Unhappy
My 2nd choice is Martin O'Neil.
As for an English manager...........  The only one who would get my vote is Harry Redknapp.
England's next few games are friendlies, the first one being against France on
Wed 26th March 2008 and they don't have a competitive match for months.  What Manager would want to come to that?!?!

Dave, Redknapp is a good manager, but he can't play Jonny from Uganda and Billy from Madagascar in the England team so maybe not a great shout.

I still can't believe you never suggested me, after I rescued you from the scrapheap, and dragged you out of oblivion

Yes, lets leave one of the best club teams in the world, for a crappy job where you get abused chronically by both the press and the fans.
Last Night at half time, the 'supporters' were booing the team off!!!!
Why not encourage and support them rather than abusing the side??

Not remotely concerned that Ing-ur-land didnt qualify. Quite amusing to see the fat 'cockernee geezers' crying at the end.

Si, do you mean Harry CAN'T play Jonny from Uganda and Billy from Madagascar  Wink
With regards to you managing England.....  You couldn't do any worse than McClanger, as he
was more interested in keeping his hair dry last night than organising his team!
Not too sure that your reasons in believing in yourself are justified though!!  Big%20smile
Another question for everyone to ponder....  Why was Venables in the royal box for the whole of the 1st half in England's biggest game for months?!?!?

Wenger, top class coach, but won't leave Arsenal and who could blame him. Anyone taking the job will have alot of work to do to prise a half decent performance out of the so called "world class" players (over paid nonces) such as Lampard, StevieG and the rest.  WE GOT EXACTLY WHAT WE DESERVED FROM A BUNCH OF OVERPAID LAZY SO CALLED FOOTBALLERS.

Flanny, this part of your C.V. seems to have slipped into the last post you made. Do you want it edited out??

Si, did you read my message about not being fit for Sat?

As for England manager there are three names clearly overlooked:
Gaz Hughes, Paul May and John Hogan. My money is Harry H Hogan as he will play 3 at the back and might resurrect my international career.
"Tell him to go away or I'll kill him!"
"Goals pay the rent!!"

Yes read it mate. No great loss. Wink

As for Hogan, he will play himself in the back 3 ahead of you.

P.S. remind me of the first part of the international career please mate.
