Good luck to all the Vets this season, especially for our first game tomorrow at Buckley Hill (Tuesday 30th August).
Let's hope we have a more settled squad / team and play better than last year.

Dave, sad to see we will only be having 1 VETS team but lets hope we get a settled and decent team and do well. Not sure if it is going to be Mike Smith or Deano or both.

Not a great start was it? I think at all levels we let ourselves down on Tuesday. Easy to blame Deano or the ref and yes neither helped but then again it wasn't either of them failing to mark their man, not speaking, missing headers, tackles or chances. We were poor all over. The only positive was that weasel to have a very large squad, though still not convinced the quality is there.
